"TLDR: Great bang for your family’s buck. I’d love to keep this a secret but they deserve the business. It’s one of the best family stays we’ve ever had. The location is amazing and now one of our favorite areas of Charlotte. The kitchen is very functional and the rooms are spacious and homey. The heated pool is well-maintained and the design is beautiful. The courtyard is picturesque and the gym is perfectly adequate. Everything and everywhere is clean."

"The room looked clean until I found a large roach when I awakened in the middle of the night scurrying across the floor. It was very noisy. There were a lot of children and families this particular weekend. I was also awakened in the middle of the night with loud music. I will not be staying here again."

"Hyatt Place at Rea Farm was excellent. I do wish the pool wasn't seasonal but otherwise it was excellent. The area is super family and dog friendly as well. I think for the return on investment it's one of the better stays I've had recently. Highly recommended!"
