"La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Cagliari. È curata, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno estivo. Si trova in posizione strategica sia per visitare il centro di Cagliari che per muoversi lungo le cose (con auto). Ha davanti una generata bus con linea diretta a diverse spiagge circostanti. Trovandosi nel centro, non è sempre facile trovare parcheggio vicino ma lungo le strade limitrofi ce ne sono assai a cifre modiche. "

"Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer.
Stayed twice in different units. First was with bunk bed, and top bunk was awkward for adult getting in and out on...

"Basic simple room in a new apparently purpose-built house about 10 minutes walk out of the old town. Don’t make the mistake we made - we thought we’d be doing hosts a favour by extending our stay directly through them only to discover that they charged us a higher nightly rate than Hotels.com. It’s strictly business here as not only did they argue with us about the rate, but they insisted on their price rather than graciously backing down and accepting the misunderstanding and benefits conferred...
