Lo que más me gustó fue la decoración de la cabaña y el jacuzzi grande y con agua siempre caliente. La atención y la cocina de Paz fue excelente, ella fue amable y cordial y sus desayunos y cenas muy ricos. Pasamos unos días muy tranquilos y relajados.

Estupenda estancia, nos atendieron muy bien, y las habitaciones son preciosas.

El jacuzzi funciona a penas, sin ozono, y sin regulador de burbujas, solo opcion fuerte, habitacion muy fria, a la llegada, ni siquiera la chimenea estaba encendida, la leña la tiene que ir a buscar el cliente al patio, como llovia.....leña mojada, nada para encerderla, deberian tener leña en la estancia, y cuando llega el cliente que este encendida, PAREDES LLENAS DE MOHO, Y TECHO TAMBIEN. La comida deja mucho que desear.....y muy caro para lo que es. No volveré y no lo voy a recomendar. Tenía que haber hecho fotos, una pena, el nombre de la habitacion es La Laguna.

Perfect for a quiet country break

Welcomed by Lili, the manager of the hotel, and given a lovely room, spacious and well equiped. A little quirky, but Paz, the owner has a good taste in decor. This is a quiet country hotel, ideal for relaxation and peace. Close to Cuenta, this is a good base to explore the region. Nice continental breakfast, with nothing too much trouble.

Quaint and homely

Approaching the Hotel our first thought was what the hell have we let ourselves in for. It stands in a vast but rather pretty landscape and is adjacent to a number of rather delapidated buildings and some small industrial sites nearby. The inside of the Hotel has a hippy atmosphere. Our room was called El Arco due to the stone archway separating the bedroom from the bathroom. The room was spotless and warm and rather quaint and arty. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and when I commented on there being no tea making facilities in the room said I only needed to ask and she would have provided hot water etc. each morning, which she did on the last morning of our stay. This is a dog friendly Hotel and our rather large dog was warmly welcomed as the Hotel owner is a dog owner too. Places to see nearby and well worth a visit are the Hanging Houses and the old town in Cuenca. Valeria and its Roman ruins, and Alarcon with its magnificent castle and superb views. All in all it was a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit. I rate it highly and would certainly go there again.
