“After we booked, and paid for, a room the hotel sent us a message saying (in Spanish - which I was able to translate because of a basic knowledge of the language) that the hotel was closed because of water inundation. They followed up with a shorter message simply saying that the hotel was closed. So, we had to find another hotel at short notice. The hotel should not have been listed as available.”

“It was not easy for me to find the hotel because the navigation to my car could not find it and honestly I was lost. I waited at a gas ststion and the man from the hotel(the husband) drove to me and I could follow his car. It is necessary to talk with the hotel on the phone or by email before you start to drive. “La villa es muy bonita y el sitio es increible. Pero le falta mucha calidad. Para el precio que tiene, uno se espera algo cerca del lujo, no una sartén con el mango roto (tuvimos que cocinar sin el mango), una toalla rota y un poco sucia, pelos largos por la cama, el internet no funcionaba, el dispensador de jabón de manos roto, telarañas en el techo…Si es una cosa no pasa nada, pero son demasiadas.”

“The hostal is very comfortable & clean. We were welcomed by the gentlemen who staffs the hostal, he was very helpful & made us feel very welcome. The beds are very comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. I would recommend the hostal, we hope to make a return visit in the future.”

La pega es que las instalaciones estan mal cuidadas. Las tablas del suelo estan levantadas y la puerta de entrada de la habitacion estaba descolgada. Es muy caro para tener ese tipo de defectos”
