Decepção! Na chegada , embora dentro do horário estabelecido pelo Hoteis.Com a recepcionista se recusava a nos receber , alegando ter nos mandado mensagens e que não tínhamos respondido. Depois de muita insistência, aceitou fazer nosso Check in. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto apertado e chuveiro que não sai agua e quando sai esfria o tempo todo. No último dia, tínhamos que sair mais cedo para Check out e embora faltava apenas 10 minutos para o inicio do horário do café da manha, a funcionaria se recusou a nos servir o café. Disse que teríamos que tomar o cafe solúvel que estava a disposição. Saímos frustrados para o aeroporto.

Foi tudo uma delicia! A Maria é demais! Nos deu dicas e no dia que íamos embora super cedo, deixou o café pronto na noite anterior. Uma pena q não conseguimos jantar no hostel nenhum dia.. pois fechavam cedo. Ficamos curiosos pelas Pizza’s.

La grande chambre et les nombreuses possibilités de rangement, ce qui est rare au Chili. Le bon petit-déjeuner et les bons cafés. La situation près du centre, tout en étant tranquille. La chambre était un peut sombre.

Would recommend.
Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas.

Fantastic breakfast
We stayed for 1 night. Check-in was fast and friendly and the room was of a good size. It's located close to town and the area seemed safe. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best we had in Chile. Unexpectedly, the room had Netflix which was a bonus. Negative points would be that the toilet seat in our bathroom was broken, and there was too much noise after 1am (not a weekend) which we think was coming from within the building.

O local é de ótima localização, perto da avenida principal e supermercados. O Hostel é bem charmoso, o atendimento excelente. Os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e cordiais. Minha unica sugestão é a de um frigobar nos quartos. No mais, recomendadíssimo.

A good quiet location on the edge of town.
A nice comfortable place to stay with an attached vegetarian restaurant. Offers a fantastic breakfast not like every other hotel in Chile. It is healthy and offers a good variety of options. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The room we had was large and initially a little cold, however the oil heater quickly transformed the room into a comfortable space. The building is quite old and a little run down, however it is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Buen hospedaje
El hospedaje es muy agradable y el personal muy cordial y atento. Hay una cocina donde uno mismo se puede preparar lo que quiera. El desayuno es de 8:30 a 11:30 y es muy completo (jugo, yogurt, manteca, pan, queso, cereales, café, té o chocolate, etc.). Nos hospedamos en la habitación Búfalo, es muy linda y bien decorada. El único problema que le encontramos es que a la noche se sentía la conversación de la persona que se encontraba en la pieza de al lado, lo cual resultaba molesto. Sería algo a solucionar. Tampoco hay estacionamiento cerrado, el vehículo se deja estacionado afuera en la calle pero nunca tuvimos ningún inconveniente y por lo que nos dijeron, es muy seguro. En general es un lugar agradable y cómodo. Lo recomiendo.

Quarto como descrito, limpo e organizado. Café da manhã muito bom, frutas iogurte, café.. Tudo muito bom. Receptividade de todos foi ótima! Os poréns são o sistema de calefação do quarto, fraco, e ausência no banheiro e por final a qualidade do wifi, sinal fraco dentro do quarto.

Warm, cozy & Accomodating
The room was spacious and well suited for our needs. Staff was outstanding- friendly, flexible and accomodating. The staff were extremly informative on the area & activities. Staff also spoke excellent English. We arrived early from the bus station - the staff prepared our room early and stored our luggage on the last day to accomadate our fishing trip and a late bus departure. Also they prepared an early breakfast to be eaten before our fishing trip. Highly recommend and will stay here on future visits. Will highly recommend Lounge Brasil to friends on visits to Pucon, Chile.

Foi perfeita, fui recebido pela simpática brasileira CAROL que está no lounge para organizar e fazer o check in, nos deu muitas dicas. Valeu muito a pena!!! Na esquina da rua da pousada tem um super mercado que funciona até meia noite. A CAROL é tão especial que nos acompanhou num dia de folga até o parque nacional de HUILO HUILO e foi um dia maravilhoso tendo sua cia. Obrigado por tudo!!! CAROL NOTA 10!!!

Herzliche, schöne Unterkunft
Die Lounge Brasil ist eine liebevoll und individuell gestaltete Unterkunft mit einem vielfältigen Frühstücksangebot (Müsli, frisches Obst, Jogurt, Toast, Ei, frischer Saft). Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet, mit schönen Holzverarbeitungen. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, dass an der Ecke zweier (Haupt-)verkehrsstraßen und einem Fußballplatz lag, sodass es bis in die Nacht recht laut war. Das W-Lan funktioniert nur im Lobby-Bereich richtig gut. Unser Mietwagen konnte direkt vor der Tür abgestellt werden. Auf jeden Fall ist eine Übernachtung hier empfehlenswert.

Great location with friendly staff.
Pucon is a small town with a concentrated "downtown" area of restaurants, stores, tour companies, and everything else you need within a small area. Everything is within easy walking distance of this hostel, hotel. We really enjoyed the town and there are a lot of outdoor activities here for everyone. The area is dominated with a view of the Volcano. The lake is on the other side of the small town from this hotel, but it is only about a pleasant 8 minute walk away. The room that we stayed in for 3 nights, "Buffalo", was clean with a king bed that was comfortable. It is a bigger room with 2 bunk beds also, and a private shower tub bathroom. The hostel, is in a quieter area, as it is about 80 yards off of the main street, and not on the main street itself. This is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but a good, clean, pleasant place to stay that is close to everything. I would stay here again and again. .

Funcionários atenciosos, ambiente limpo, orientação para turismo na cidade. Ficamos no quarto leão, com janela no teto, sem janelas laterais.No início deu uma sensação ruim, mas o teto é alto, com o vidro aberto fica bem ventilado. Os outros quartos tem janela normal.

Além de acolhedor, possui um atendimento ótimo!
O atendimento foi ótimo! Conseguimos várias informações sobre as atrações do local. O Lounge Brasil é um hotel pequeno, com pouco quartos e é isso que faz dele um ótimo hotel para casais! Ótima decoração e café da manhã farto e saudável! O quarto é pequeno mas aconchegante. Sem reclamações!

Super conveniently located, clean, rustic
Parking is in front of the property on a busy street. Stayed one night while the season was low so I didn't have any problems with this, but it could be in high season? Location is super convenient, half a block from a huge supermarket and the end of the downtown area. Pretty much walk to any restaurant you'd like. The hosts were approachable and nice, and the breakfast was home made and yummy. The place is mostly wood... creaky wood. If you're a light sleeper it might be an issue. We were lucky and had an upstairs room so it didn't bother me, but I imagine downstairs it could be different. My biggest beef with the place is the lack of heating, they just gave us a small electric heater and called it a day. The bathroom was... rustic. Shower curtain was hanging literally by a wire.

pesimo la peor experiencia de mi vida ,ya me habia aloyado en otra oportunidad y esta vez nefasta contratamos por internet con garage , al llegar no negaron el servicio , el personal que nos entrego la llave se fue no quedando nadie , solo los pasajeros , despues de 4 horas aparecio una empleada prepotente y mal educada , luego el dueño diciendonos que mejor nos fueramos a otro lugar por que nosotros no eramos de su agrado????? dado que abrimos la puerta y dejamos entrar gente que tenia reserva en el lugar y al estar lloviendo y no haber persona alguna del hotel creimos correcto hacerlos esperar en la recepcion , incluso les cebamos unos mates a la pareja que esperaba atencion , lo mas desagradable que he tenido que soportar en mi vida en los años que llevo viajando por el mundo ,,, el dueño defendiendo a su mal educada empleada y diciendonos que el prefiere creer que su empleada tiene razon , el personaje se dio el lujo de tratarnos a mi y mi señora de mentirosos , dado lo incomodo y desagradable de la situacion de estar en un lugar tan poco profesional y agresivo decidimos irnos a alojar a otro lugar
