“The room was perfectly adequate, the person at the desk was really helpful and added bonus a restaurant was next to the hotel. Also the price was very competitive. Thank you, i would recommend.”

“Our second stay here and just as good as the first time. Clean comfortable rooms. Beds were very comfy. Kind hospitable hosts. Breakfast delicious and well priced. See you next year tunnel crossing was delayed”

“We arrived very late and found the self check in kiosk didn't work. We eventually got through to an attendant who came and organised key cards for us. Luckily he hadn't left before we tried to access our rooms as these cards didn't work, he sorted this out but the whole check in process took around 45 minutes at 3am so it wasn't the best experience. The attendant was nice and helpful; the rooms were very basic but clean.”

“Reflective of the excellent price, clean and adequate for a stopover en route to the Channel Tunnel. Restuarant and bakery within walking distance. Beds comfy and family room generously sized as always. Just a bit of a dated hotel compared to some B&Bs but perfectly fine for a stopover and price was excellent. ”

“Not clean, dirty sheets, employee entered my room telling me to check out a 9h45 while I was working (checkout is at 11). Mold in bathroom, stained carpets. I’ve travelled in countless motels and this is by far my worst to date. ”

“Staff very welcoming, rooms clean. Arrived at 04:30am due to bad traffic, no issues checking in. Only stayed for 5 hours but beds were comfortable. Had a triple room, double bed with bunk over. Then off on our journey. We had a lovely continental breakfast.”

“Le chateau est beau et le site enchanteur. Employé très courtois et professionnel. Les chambres sont bien mais pas parfaitement propre - toile d’araignée et poussière. Pas d’eau chaude le matin pour les douches dans le chateau (même après avoir laisser coulée 10 min). Charmant. ”
