Piacevole soggiorno

Buon punto di partenza per escursioni nel parco Si trova a Villetta Barrea quindi è possibile fare una passeggiata in paese senza prendere l’auto Colazione buona yougurth succhi e soprattutto torte fresche fatte dal loro cuoco, bevande calde dal bar Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione piatti semplici e ben cucinati Proprietario gentile e disponibile Letti comodi, stanza pulita Niente condizionatore ne zanzariere ne frigo in camera

Il soggiorno all'Art hotel è stato di nostro gradimento. Posizione perfetta sia per la vista che per la distanza dalla passeggiata lungo il fiume e la via dei negozi. Personale cordiale e disponibile anche per suggerimenti su cosa fare in zona. Ottima sia la colazione che la cena. Torneremo sicuramente presto...

Il posto è veramente bello immerso nel verde e un panorama spettacolare. Il mangiare molto buono si mangia benissimo, l'unica pecca il non essere informato avendo la mezza pensione e quindi la cena compresa che le bevande erano a carico mio ossia non comprese tutto qui. Alla fine sono stato benissimo un posto dove si può stare veramente tranquilli.

Di nuovo all' Art Hotel

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno di seguito...che dire...tutto come la prima volta; cortesia, simpatia, cordialità...ambiente informale, quasi familiare. Pulizia delle camere al top. Posizione strategica per il trekking sia leggero che impegnativo. Siamo capitati a metà settembre, e Villetta era invasa dai cervi in cerca di compagna...bramivano tutto il giorno...uno spettacolo fantastico. Per concludere: super consigliato, sia l' hotel che Villetta Barrea. Al prossimo anno Sig. Piero!

buon hotel tra monti e lago

hotel ben ubicato al centro del paese tra i monti. Comodissima la stanza ed il bagno pulizia ok. Comodo con l'ascensore. Il proprietario simpatico e garbato. La colazione impeccabile con torte genuine e i diverso tipo buono anche il caffèlatte. Spero di tornarci presto.

Piacevole soggiorno

Abbiamo soggiornato per cinque giorni presso l' Art Hotel, a mio avviso una delle migliori strutture della zona del parco, almeno per la mia esperienza e per fascia di prezzo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile (simpaticissimo Francesco, il piccolo figlio del gestore). Camere confortevoli, spaziose e soprattutto pulite, con un tocco di originalità; ogni camera è a tema (danza , letteratura, architettura ecc.) Siamo rimasti a cena per due sere e devo dire che il ristorante non ha niente da invidiare ad altri della zona, anzi... Colazione a buffet con torte e crostate fatte dalla cucina dell' albergo...una squisitezza... In sintesi: consigliato!

Bell'hotel. A due passi da tutto

Personale molto gentile. Ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo di famiglia. Avevamo un problema nel bagno sono intervenuti tempestivamente anche se era un giorno festivo. Forse unica pecca è per il mangiare pensavamo di assaggiare cose del posto. Comunque per noi un 5 stelle le merita tutte.

Aff.... è l'unico posto dove deve andare

Un incubo, mai visto uno schifo del genere. Sembra un penitenziario, bisogna farsi aprire per entrare e uscire. Telecamere ovunque. Carte non accettate. Hanno cercato in tutti i modi di non fare la ricevuta fiscale. Cibo da vomitare, dei veri ladri. 40 euro per due pezzi di carne di chissà quale animale, un piatto di gnocchi duri come pietre, un po di insalata senza olio ne limone e qualche patatina fritta, una pozione spacciata per vino. Vergogna. Non avevano neppure un pomodoro per insalata. Dulcis in fundo: si fanno la fotocopia dei documenti di identità, davvero non si sa a che pro. Mi riservo di sporgere denuncia.

hotel pulito, economico ed accogliente

Ho soggiornato presso l'Art Hotel di recente e devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza che sicuramente rifarò..mi auguro il prima possibile. La gentilezza del personale, la pulizia degli ambienti e la bontà delle torte che sono state servite a colazione sono alcuni dei motivi che mi spingeranno a ritornare in questo posto meraviglioso.

Discreto

L'albergo è un adattamento di un vecchio monastero con annesso un asilo. Le stanze sono abbastanza confortevoli e tutte caratterizzate da un tema d'arte ( dalla pittura alla poesia alla danza ecc. ), i servizi sono abbastanza puliti. È gestito da persone non del posto che non sempre raggiungono il livelli professionali attesi. La cucina è discreta. Buono il rapporto qualità / prezzo.

La Divina Commedia

La struttura è abbastanza nuova, la posizione è buona e tranquilla (presenta ampi parcheggi di fronte), raggiungerlo è semplice e una volta giunti sulla via principale di Villetta Barrea ci sono chiare indicazioni. La struttura è una ex scuola di suore e si vede. Ma è riadattato bene per essere un hotel. Le camere sono curate e con mobili nuovi, sono pulite e originali visto che ognuna ha un tema differente. La colazione è molto buona con prodotti di marca e alcuni dolci preparati direttamente dalla Signora che gestisce l'Hotel. Sicuramente negativa la chiusura notturna che non prevede la consegna di chiavi del portone (ormai ovunque è così nei luoghi dove non è prevista una reception attiva 24h su 24h). Si deve rientrare entro mezzanotte. Negativa la necessità di dover comunicare ogni volta che si lascia la stanza lasciando anche la chiave nella bacheca (questo ci può stare, ma la necessità di dover cercare qualcuno a cui dirlo diventa uno stress evitabile con altre misure di "controllo"). Non del tutto eccellente la gestione: il personale scarseggia, e questo porta confusione e lentezza. Complessivamente la vacanza non è stata negativa, ma la struttura non è professionale al 100%.

Una grande sorpresa: carinissimo!

Carinissimo originale accogliente. una ristrutturazione particolare di un antico istituto religioso.....accoglientissimo come il sorprendente paesino, un piccolo presepe. La colazione abbondante ci ha stupito con alcune prelibatezze del luogo....... Ottimo per una romantica fuga ma anche per un riposante soggiorno. C'è anche una stanza attrezzata per disabili!!!!!
