"The Cape Club Resort in Falmouth is a beautiful property with pristine, impeccably maintained grounds, buildings, and golf course.
We stayed in a ground-floor room in Building #1. Our accommodations were exceptionally clean, modern, bright, and comfortable. The bedding and towels were lovely, and the spacious bathroom had a great shower. Everything was thoughtfully appointed.
Unfortunately, the significant drawback was the lack of soundproofing. We could hear absolutely everything from neighboring rooms—not just footsteps and doors closing, but conversations, snoring, and virtually every other sound. Very disappointing given the overall quality of the property.
The staff, however, were outstanding! Check-in and check-out were seamless. Chris, the golf pro, treated us like longtime members, and we thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf. A special shout-out to Joe and Kelly in the bar and restaurant for their wonderful hospitality and making our evening so much fun!
The Cape Club Resort has tremendous potential, with beautiful facilities and an exceptional team. I sincerely hope management addresses the soundproofing issue, as this one improvement would make a world of difference in the guest experience."
