“This was one of the best hotels stays. Everything was wonderful! Breakfast was always delicious. Fresh fruit and Cappuccino every morning. Our room was beautiful and generously sized. My husband and I had plenty of space to unpack for the week. The staff is A+++. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in the perfect location. You can walk to just about any where. We rented a car and had no trouble finding parking. I am back to work so...

“Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.”
