I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was very comfortable. A special mention to Lasandar , who works there—she was extremely kind and welcoming. She made my birthday even more special with her thoughtful and friendly service. Her positive attitude truly made a difference in my stay. I really appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The room was bigger than expected. Location was great. Only complaint is our keys stopped working on day 2, we didn’t notice till 11pm when we got back for the day and we waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk. A kitchen garbage can would have been a nice addition.

The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

At first glance, the room appeared clean, but we quickly noticed there was feces on the toilet seat and used dental floss left on the nightstand when we checked in. That immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were completely flat, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom amenities were disappointing. They only provided Dial shampoo and Dial body wash—no conditioner at all—so be sure to bring your own toiletries. There were also only two washcloths provided and no hand towels. The coffee bar was only open until 10:00 a.m., which felt limiting, especially for guests who wanted coffee later in the morning. The staff didn’t interact with our family much during our stay. They were pleasant if we greeted them first, but there wasn’t much hospitality beyond that. Finally, the hotel only has one elevator, so be prepared to wait, especially during busy times. Overall, for the amount of money we spent on the room, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and more accommodating experience.
