This is my 2nd stay there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I wish the rooms were a bit larger. Finally, the hotel is a short walk away from the Gotland Ferry Terminal.

The location is quite good, just a two-minute drive from the port and about a 20–30 minute walk to downtown. The food was delicious, though it would be nice if the breakfast options were rotated more frequently. I stayed in a double room with a sea view, which was lovely. Unfortunately, the ventilation system in the room was quite noisy. I requested a room change, but was told that many rooms had the same issue, so I decided to stay in my original room to enjoy the better view.

The staff was very friendly and aimed at resolving our questions. The room was very comfy and quite large. The hotel is also well situated close to the old town and the harbour. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ny och fin resort som passar barnfamiljer utmÀrkt. God frukostbuffé. Utomhuspool +27 och varm dusch med tvÄl ute, jÀttebra. Central A/C som har lite svÄrt att kyla i sommartid, men nytt och frÀscht. HÄller 4 stjÀrnor Negativa var den höga och breda tröskeln som utformats av skjutdörrarna mellan frukostbuffén och hotellets matsal sÄ flertalet gÀster snavade och risk för fallolycka fanns. Att barnen plockades med hÀnderna ur buffén eller gjorde vissa orenheter skulle förbÀttras genom tex lite handsprit och byte av bestick oftast.

Det kan bli bÀttre!

Receptionen stÀngdes vid halv fem och det gick inte att köpa nÄgot till hotellrummet, t ex lÀsk, snacks, kÀndes som om vi var helt ensamma i hela hotellet! Hade önskat nÄgon form av varuautomat i allafall! Frukosten vÀldigt enkel och Àggröran oÀtlig!
