Se você gosta de dormir em silêncio, fuja desse hotel! Barulho de carros o tempo todo, principalmente de motos passando a mil por hora durante a madrugada (o hotel fica de frente a uma avenida). Resolveria bastante se colocassem janelas anti ruído. Fora isso o hotel é uma gracinha! Tem um deck muito agradável para descanso na parte de trás do restaurante, que é anexo ao prédio

O chão do quarto não estava bem limpo. O ar condicionado estava com um problema em que a temperatura ficava travada em 21 graus, deixando o quarto quente às vezes. Pelo preço da diária, precisam melhorar bastante.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com minha estadia neste hotel. Desde a recepção até o check-out, tudo foi impecável. O ambiente é muito agradável, limpo e bem cuidado. Um dos grandes destaques é o restaurante anexo — simplesmente perfeito! Comida saborosa, ambiente aconchegante e ótimo atendimento. O café da manhã também merece elogios: completo, com diversas opções para todos os gostos, tudo muito fresco e bem apresentado. Foi uma grata surpresa me hospedar aqui. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo excelente trabalho! Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos. Muito obrigado!

Na entrada foi muita demora com dificuldade de receber o e-mail da reserva . O café atrasou a abrir e quando aberto nada de mais é muito longe de um café de hotel . Frutas congeladas e pão com manteiga e frios . Sinceramente, péssimo. Tive que pedir para limpar a sanduicheira, muito suja.

Tive uma surpresa ao fazer o check in e descobrir que o quarto que eu havia reservado não estava disponível. Havia selecionado um quarto com cama de casal mas me colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. A atendente ainda insinuou que seria um erro meu ao ter feito a reserva e ter selecionado o quarto errado, mas mostrei o comprovante do quarto correto que eu havia pago e ela por fim me disse que o hotel não teria como fornecê-lo pois ele não estaria disponível. Tirando isso foi uma estadia boa
