“Fun hotel with great staff and team. There is no hot tub- It’s been closed “since Covid”… but still listed in the booking. Also Extra charge not mentioned in the booking for beach loungers and umbrellas. Pools were great. Food was very good. The Booking page offers this hotel “on the beach” but there is a two lane road for tour busses and other traffic between the hotel and the beach, so we think it is across the road from the beach. “We had a nice stay at Theo Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which comfortably slept 6 people and had its own pool. Customer service was top notch and the staff was very accommodating and caring. Giannis was really nice to me and my family and made sure we were taken care of at breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is being situated on top of a hill and there are a lot of stairs. But the views are amazing and there is a convenient elevator to get down to the beach.
