Our room was quite basic, although clean. Bathroom modernised and very nice. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Restaurant very nice.

The room was clean and tidy, only when I entered the bathroom there was water all over the floor. I reported the leak to management and they were able to resolve the issue very elegantly. Management was friendly and very helpful. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious! Also really conveniently located steps away from the ferry terminal. I will definitely come back here.

Great location, small room

Super locatie, aardige medewerkers, mooi hotel. Wij hadden wel een hele kleine donkere kamer aan de achterkant met alleen een klein raampje dat open kon.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Nette schone kamer, goede douche, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijk personeel. Ook heerlijk eten in restaurant en lokaal tapbier ook een aanrader. Willen zeker een keer terug.

Ontbijt erg prijzig voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Fruit was niet vers en weinig keuze naast sinaasappel en groene appel. Ook friese suikerbrood was droog/oud. Kamer was wat aan de bescheiden kant, stoffig en erg warm

Betten mittelmäßig und extrem unbequeme Kissen. Für die zweite Nacht haben wir andere Kissen gefordert die neuen waren jedoch genauso hoch und unbequem. Es ist sehr hellhörig, Kindergeschrei, die Dusche der Zimmer oben drüber oder die Leute auf dem Flur, man hört alles. Eine Glastür als Badezimmertür durch die man die Leute auf der Toilette sitzen sieht ist nicht die perfekte Ausstattungswahl.

Prachtig uitzicht 's ochtends bij het ontbijt van het best okay en uitgebreid buffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Advies, kamer 108 ontwijken, aan één muur het geluid van de lift, de andere muur geluid van de centrale trap en onder het raam de opslag van kratten en ander lawaai materiaal. Daarnaast gedrup van een lekkend toilet en een douchekop waar het water uit onbedoelde kanten komt. De laatste 2 zaken worden/zijn mss opgelost, maar ook bij de 2de kamer die wij hadden waren er gebreken zoals bv het douchwater wat slecht wegliep. Geen (zee)zicht op de overige kamers van dit hotel, maar wat ons betreft geen aanrader.

Convenient and Nice but Eat Elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and well-appointed It's a 30 second walk from the ferry terminal, which is nice. The restaurant is marginal. The food is nicely presented but just ok. It feels overpriced, especially breakfast, considering the fare offered. Also, the way it works is bewildering... when we arrived at 20:30, on the late ferry, the guy at the check-in desk said if we wanted food, they'd be there until 21:30. So we dropped our bags in the room and went back down to order room service a few minutes later only to be told that the kitchen was closed. Similarly, there is a big sign in front announcing, "Coffee To Go" pointing into the restaurant. When I popped in one morning and asked for two coffees to go the staff really didn't know what to do. All in all, a ok stay and a nice place, just eat elsewhere.
