This is a wonderful place to stay while in Volterra, very ** sweet place. The breakfast was by far the best one so far for us from Rome, Florence to Volterra! They also have a very nice cafe/bar up on the roof. 5* for sure!

Great spot in the heart of Volterra!

We loved this little hotel. The proprietors were very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The only negative is it is right on the main road and thus is very noisy at night if the windows are open.

Expect to be completely immersed in a super historical and somewhat hard to find location. Make sure you have the time to walk the city. You won’t be disappointed. Once you get the typical European details sorted out like luggage, parking and stairs, it’s a place you’ll really enjoy with great staff and excellent customer service.
