"Beautiful area. Enjoyed the rooftop hot tubs. Saw lots of wildlife during our day. Food at the latchstring restaurant was very good. We always enjoy staying here."

"To start, the signage is being changed over and is currently painted over like it had been sold. We got there early, but there was only one other vehicle in the parking lot, so we were concerned the property was shut down when we first pulled up. The lady at check in was very kind, especially since I'd messed up and one of the rooms I'd reserved had not been fully canceled. She helped me figure out which one I needed to fix. You can tell they are in the midst of a renovation, and I'm sure it will be great once it's complete, but in the meantime, it was pretty rough. The room we stayed in had an arcade game and has had some updates with decorations and furniture. The mattresses have to be fairly new, and were comfortable. There's an almost full sized fridge, which was awesome for snacks and drinks. Unfortunately there were chip crumbs left behind from a previous guest, and the property is very dated and worn down. The hot tub was not working, which was a main reason we wanted to stay there. The pool area is neat because there is a roof that opens, and my kids had fun in the pool."

"What they don't tell you is parking at their hotel is $15.88/day in addition to the nightly charge + taxes. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower doors didn't close all the way and water leaked on the floor. We turned the tv off when we went to bed and couldn't get it to turn back on the next morning. Buffet was not good."

"Overall was an ok stay. Wasn’t great, wasn’t terrible. Recently stayed for 3 nights. Everything just felt tight, a lot of stains on our rooms floor. Jets in the hot tub didn’t work. Property just seemed a little run down needing improvements. Piece of wood with nails on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Staff was always very nice and polite though. Free meals for kids at the Lucky 13 Pub which was nice since there is no continental breakfast. We had a reduced rate for the event we were there for but wouldn’t pay full price. "
