"No elevator and we were on the third floor. My 79 year old mother was with me and it was difficult to carry luggage up three floors. Beds were uncomfortable. The window seal had many dead flies. The television remote was difficult to work and took over 30 minutes to achieve a channel. Staff was helpful."

"You can tell that it is an older building. When we stayed the pool was empty, but they did mention renovations. The room/ bathroom was clean. The TV had trouble with a signal but it was OK. "

"The players club lady at Cadillac jacks is not very friendly, it was the first time I felt like I was back in Chicago and not in deadwood. The shower would occasionally get hot, for like 3 seconds then Back to cold. That was pretty rough. Probably should’ve also gotten a discounted rate given the construction that started at 8am and went all day/night right outside the window. Overall, is what it is but this was not a place I’d stay at again"

"Sheets and bedding were not changed out from precious guests. Told front desk. They said they would bring new bedding but never did. Asked to talk to"

"Room was dirty, tub was very dirty. Hair on the beds. Staff was nice. Our little guy ended having a tick on him and we didn’t do anything outside."

"Not bad, typical hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to contact the desk right after check-in to have the sheets changed. Found hair and what appeared to be melted cheese on the sheets. They came right away and changed them and said they had recently hired some young people who were not very observant and apologized for the inconvenience. "
