"great place, great location just a short drive from austria, slovenia or croatia. very friendly reception, great breakfast, there is even a terrase to sit in the summer. basic rooms but you absolutely get what you pay for. it is very unfair to leave them bad reviews, for this price u simply cant get better than this! there is even gated parking and wifi for free!"

There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "If I traveled to Keszthely again, I would pick the same place. The owners were very hospitable and very helpful in arranging extra activities, like our bike rental. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...
