"The room was lovely, spacious and had lots of amenities. There was lots of storage space and the bed was very comfortable. It felt very safe and comfortable. The only issues were the shower, which leaked, and when I was checking in I arrived late due to disruptions with the train, and reception was already closed so I couldn’t get in, and no one answered the phone number or the intercom so I was stuck in the dark street outside. Luckily another guest left the hotel which meant I could enter. I would just say that there should be a plan in place for this situation, but overall I loved the hotel and would definitely return."
