It was big with twist and turns in the hallways, so it was easy to get lost
Front desk was helping mostly
Offered a complementary cocktail which was not a cocktail, but a ginger beer only
Had a convenience store in the lobby, but it was out of order, frustrating
Coffee in the room was minimal
Overall, the room was very comfortable
I would definitely recommend it"

"We loved our beautiful hotel in Bruges, just steps from the main square. Royals had lived in this building so it has some history. The bar, sitting areas and lobby bathrooms are beyond elegant. There are framed paintings and beautiful furnishings and lighting. You feel like you are in a palace. Staff was helpful and friendly. We didn’t try breakfast because we wanted to go find waffles instead. The spa rooms would be better if they were located in a more quiet area instead of next to the gym. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel."
"The room was clean and tidy albeit quite compact. Great location. We went during the festival so when we went down for breakfast, it was rather chaotic and we did have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get a table which wasn't ideal, as it was so busy. There was some food that needed topping up and there wasn't really a lot of choice. Although the staff were doing their best to clean the tables and keep on top of everything.
They do have a room to store luggage like most hotels, but also they have lockers within that room that you can pay for so you have peace of mind that your valuables are secure."
