"Felt like royalty here. The staff were delightful and friendly. The room was incredible and a very comfortable bed. The pool was lovely and towels provided. We were also served a refreshing lime drink at the side of the pool. For a treat this is a brilliant place to stay"

"This is a nice hotel with exceptionally diligent staff and a superb restaurant. We had a one night stay but wished for more based on the food and attentive staff."

"Was a good size room but I did request a room with a safe and then had to wait four hours in the room for a safe to be delivered, first half of my day ruined, I pressed the button for cleaner required that lights up in the hallway outside the door but after three days no one had to come so I physically went and got a cleaner from another room and asked them for some green towels the bins to be emptied the floor to be cleaned, et cetera et cetera, I only booked the hotel because it had a pool unfortunately the pump was not running. The water was green. They did keep telling me they was waiting to get it fixed. It never happened after a week I rebooked in another location the hotel staff were very nice indeed the building itself is a little rundown. I removed the shower hose myself and took it to reception and told them to replace it as it was covered in black mould. The shower curtains needed to be replaced, the fridge didn’t work at all was actually warm inside but I did replace it with a new one the food there was excellent, but I wouldn’t stay there again."
