The overall cleanliness, condition, and general facilities were very good. The lovely ladies who cleaned our room were friendly, helpful and very accomodating.. The reception person, hiwever needs to improve his customer service. I asked for information about suitable dinner venues, as we had 2 children. He did not engage in conversation, but pointed to a display of brochures. I asked about the RSL and his response was "go right". Once in the car i found the booklet he indicated, contained no dining venues. We found the RSL inspite of his incoŕect direction, which was great.
