I arrived late (10:30 pm.) during the off season but there was a friendly and helpful member of the staff waiting to check me in. Check in was super fast and easy. The property is very nice but most of the amenities were closed for the season with the exception of a small grab and go coffee shop. ...

The staffs were not very friendly and were kind of careless. I ordered some food to charge to my credit card, but they charged to my room again and sent me the bill. I email them the refund request and have not receive the response yet.

The room was not cleaned daily,fresh towels upon request only, breakdast food ran out before closing hours and no one cared to refill .The patio was dirty daily, we had to wipe table ourselves. Unhelpful staff. Plus ongoing noise and smell from current renovations.
