"The property was well maintained and cared for. Check in was quick and our room was ready early. I did have to go back downstairs to ask for our daily ice cream and water vouchers. If you need a luggage cart, you can ask for assistance at the desk and a bellman will bring it out to you or up to your room. The suites are well equipped with kitchen appliances (blender, microwave, stove, toaster) and plates, silverware, etc. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion as well as a hair dryer. We had a partial ocean view which included a large balcony with two chairs and table and a beautiful view of the harbor and partial ocean view. We did rent a car for several days and the parking is $45 per night. It is good to also note, that upon checking in you will be charged a $250 incidental deposit, which is refunded after checking out. The pool staff can be a little too strict at times, and the pool towel sign out and return needs revamped; they give you a card you are supposed to return to them with your towels to get credit so you are not charged and you cannot take them out of the pool area even if you are going to the other pool. It would make more sense to include the pool towels in your room with your other towels. We had an amazing vacation; we had zero issues with safety or cleanliness and would be happy to return again. * We booked our package directly though Expedia with Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites and DID NOT use a vacation rental for our stay. *"
