"Although one of the older resorts on Kannapali, the property was well maintained, the staff was excellent other than the "Concierge", who after booking a catamaran tour for my wife and I, immediately shoved a screen in front of us requesting a large tip for 10 minutes work. It was insulting."

Only thing is the salon restroom could be more equipped for those with late flights, such as lotion, toiletries to use, hair dryers, and a sturdy shower curtain.
