Love this hotel. I’m a loyal customer. Used to get a few more niceties and perks for being a regular. Seems to have dried up. No more upgrades or nice perks in the room now days

Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at.
Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

Staff here are amazing! They let us store our luggage and use the pool area until our room was ready! Also they were great at helping with parking etc. rooms are very nicely appointed. Lots of restaurants and a casino too.
