โGreat location, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Staffs were friendly. But they don't stay in the same building, so you have to call or go to a next door to find the staffs when you check in. โ

I recommend this inn due to kind host and well arranged room condition.
Sometimes, some host at another hotel/motel has complained for some request like tour arrangement from visitor. It is very important for people from different cultures. Such a host never know the reason why we are asking it.
(Imagine someone who can speak English then they come to different cultures not use English. it is not easy to talk with tour company by phone)

โReally enjoyed our 3 night stay here as a little get away. Our studio room was very clean and quite modern, the Queen bed is very comfortable but could do with new pillows that have more life in them. Too flat for me. Kitchen necessities all provided which was great. Shower was awesome. Having our own private inclosed spa tub area was just a bonus in the wet and cold weather we unfortunately had. โI was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night.
Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest.
Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken...
โWe were granted an early check in as the room was available, kids loved the heated pool (and so did I), it was a bonus to have a spa pool with our room but hot water was not working so great, although it was warm enough for the kids. Pleasant staff, quiet place despite being near the CBC. Beds were comfortable and room was warm.โ
