“The hotel was ok and in a good location. My major problem is being nickel and dimes for features that are free even in most economy hotels. They advertise breakfast is every morning from 8:30 - 10:30 AM but neglect to inform you of the hyper inflated cost. As an example; a cup of coffee that the front desk clerk pumped from a storage container was $4.50. Breakfast food was equally overpriced.”

“The staff was more than exceptional. We were driving down from NJ at around 6am that morning, and our check-in was scheduled for 3pm. However, my group had a mandatory event (that we were literally traveling to DC for), so I called a few days before for the possibility of an earlier check-in that day.
