“Property did not meet expectations. Room was very awkward with TV viewed from the side of bed not the foot. Bath tub was extremely small. Window ledges were extremely dirty. Light from hallway was very visible in the room. Not very sound-proof. Noisy hallway. Toilet was extremely low. Few tissues were left in box and when used asked for replacement but was told they needed the empty box before a replacement was given. Pool was not available but was not made aware of this until after check-in....

“Hallways had funny smell, the floors are tile and felt slippery especially when I took a shower.”

“Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!”

“There was garbage on the front lawn. No coffee machines in the room, only in the lobby.Breakfast was meager.”

“Beautiful hotel. We stayed a couple days for a wedding in the area. We had a beautiful deck with a beautiful view. We were in 227. The area was great for walks. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“This property is old and they are working on improving it; however, we paid a premium price for a good brand that was not up to the standards of its name. We will not be staying there again.”
