"The hotel was great, but when we checked in, they said they didn't have breakfast, but after searching online, we found out that the hotel has breakfast for an additional fee."
"Great location to everything! The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was excellent, exactly what you need after a long day exploring the city!"
"Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and kind. We ran into car trouble on our 6 hour trip so it took us 9 hours to get there. The staff at the hotel were just wonderful. We had to have our. granddaughter to a leadership conference at 8 am the next morning so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but the hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly."
"I stayed there for a week. Location, Location, Location..... easily within walking distance of most attractions. They are in the process of updating, which is needed. However, it is well maintained. I was aggravated with staff. I had a pizza delivered. Due to needing a key card for elevator use the staff did not allow delivery to my room. That's understandable. But they failed to bring it to me or contact me that it was there. I had to walk down and it was just laying on the counter for anyone. They do have a North and South portion of the hotel that mirror each other, I didn't know that. I entered the wrong one by following Google maps and when I went to where my room was I thought I was pranked due to my room number not being there. If I went back to Washington for same reason, I would stay there again."
