"The room was cleaned and new bathroom towels and washcloths were replaced daily. The staff was friendly and parking was in a parking garage and the metro was right next to the hotel. I did not have a kitchen"

"I stayed there for a week. Location, Location, Location..... easily within walking distance of most attractions. They are in the process of updating, which is needed. However, it is well maintained. I was aggravated with staff. I had a pizza delivered. Due to needing a key card for elevator use the staff did not allow delivery to my room. That's understandable. But they failed to bring it to me or contact me that it was there. I had to walk down and it was just laying on the counter for anyone. They do have a North and South portion of the hotel that mirror each other, I didn't know that. I entered the wrong one by following Google maps and when I went to where my room was I thought I was pranked due to my room number not being there. If I went back to Washington for same reason, I would stay there again."

"This was my first time at this property and I will definitely be back. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful. I had asked for a store to go buy some water and the front desk gave me two complementary bottles and each night they were two fresh bottles also put in the room that small little thing to me meant a lot"

"Love this hotel . Our first room had a AC problem they bought someone promptly , they weren’t able to fix it but they gave an another room right away , no issues at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful . Valet was fast and kind . The location was great around a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again !"
