My room had a broken window and you can the hotel is old. They were doing construction everywhere. The beds were comfy and breakfast was subpar at best

The reviews doesn't do this place any justice, its a nice clean place in a great location and great staff. Vicky at the front desk was very polite and check us in very fast . I would definitely stay there again .

The male staff was very kind and polite when I checked in. The room floors were filthy. Except that I had driven 6 1/2 hours … I would have found another place for the night. I slept in my clothes not knowing what may have happened in the night. It wasn’t as the website and info portrayed. The shower was super with the hot water.

The manager was really helpful. There was no hot water so he put me in a room at the neighboring hotel. Sucks that the water was out but they definitely made up for the loss.

Full disclosure. I booked this hotel through Expedia, once I got to the property, I could not stay there! Upon entering the lobby to check in I could smell stale cigarettes! Then I met the most useless Desk Clerk. First, i could hardly understand him. Then I tried to explain a mixup with two bookings, which he let me know 'it was my fault '. In the midst of this I asked him to contact his Manager. Only to be told he didn't have his/her number! I decided to check the room before checking in, as the lobby and area was sketchy! Lets just say, it wasn't like picture! So I decided not to subject my family to that! In the end Mr. Front Desk man charged me twice for the reservation. I stayed elsewhere.

Staff very nice. Lobby nice. Room had a leaky faucet dripping. Curtain blinds broken. I had to jury rig something to keep closed. Cause light from parking lot very bright and on the first floor. Not sure if this is the trend but no phone in room to call front desk.

Dissatisfied first timer.

Check in was very pleasant and the evening was quite quiet. The floor was quite dirty because when I wiped the drops of water off the bathroom floor the towel was dirty and when I wiped off my feet after getting dressed, my feet were dirty along with the towel. In the morning there was no one at the breakfast bar and the only coffee pot was empty. When I checked out, there wasn’t anyone there and there was a note at the desk that said to call a number for any assistance!

The room upon walking in had a "musty" smell. Had double room with only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths in room. Washcloths ripped and yellowish. There was a tag from their remodel for something under bed. Shelf under sink dusty and water stained. No hand towels. No sugar packs to go with coffee. The girl at front desk upon check in was BEST thing about stay. Very friendly and checkin flawless. Parking sucks

The building is completely unmarked and a whole different color than the pictures which made it very confusing. Also didnt find out until check in they only accepted debit/credit cards. No cashapp cards, venmo, etc. Theres no signs telling you where the rooms are so we had to wander around till we found it. Upon entering we discovered our view out the window was just a wall. Theres also a LOT of trash surrounding the property. The room itself was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom had a nice lighted and heated mirror. The shower was clean as well. Overall not a bad stay

Nice Stay!

Check in was quick and easy. There’s a $50 hold on your room for incidentals which they allow you to pay credit or cash. Most hotels do not give you the option to use cash. The room was large, very clean. The bathroom sink drain was broke but I was staying one night and it wasn’t work calling maintenance or switching rooms. I will inform them at checkout. The breakfast in the other hand wasn’t the best, but atleast they offered you something. By the time I went to see what they had, about 6:30am the coffee was already cold. I opted for the bagel and cream cheese but the toaster didn’t really work. It warmed the bagel but did not toast it. I still give this hotel a five star because the room was very clean and comfortable and you can’t beat that for the price they offered.

The staff, even though hard to understand because of accent, was courteous and helpful. There wasn't a phone in the room, no alarm clock, no blankets or comforter on bed. The bed only had a top sheet, that's it! The curtains appeared to be top sheets which draped over the AC/Heat unit. The AC/Heat unit didn't work properly. The room next to us had a person who yelled on his phone, with every other word beginning with the "F" word, throughout the night until 4:00 a.m. I didn't have a phone to report the individual. Unfortunately, the location is not the best part of the area. We didn't realize the location until after we arrived.

I saw the bad reviews and took a chance on booking for one night and honestly some are the bad reviews are right and some are just eh. I'm just gonna lay it out the parking lot area can be kinda like sketch people hanging outside in the parking lot or being loud or kids playing but I went in checked in front desk clerk took a while to give me my card to my room (I booked online and in person pay the deposit)but I was patient. The inside is nice when u first walk in big open area space better than the outside which I was surprised on the outside looks worn down but the inside was nice until u step food in the hallway. I did notice some of the floors were like bent, needs replacing but the room itself wasn't bad the room I was in. It just feels like ur in a suite big old big, coffee maker with the coffee for it and they give u sugar and cream for it and a straw, big open space, dining area, chair, the bathroom big old RGB mirror and the shower ON THE WALL THEY OFFER SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND LOTION ON THE SHOWER WALL which is like I never seen that before and then on the bathroom sink they give u the little lotion, soap, and conditioner/shampoo as well. As far as the room being cleaned it was clean and no stains or anything the floors could have been swept better and the blinds fully close but needs replacing it was torn just a lil bit. I would recommend others to give it a try it's not bad at first i thought so the outside may fool you or even checking in but it's not bad bad.

Room was in good condition and relatively really quiet to my surprise. Where they need some major improvement is getting an exterminator in there to handle the roach problem before it gets out of hand. Tgey also advertise that they have a gym area and also a indoor heated pool and washer and dryer. All are not in service with no plans to get them up and running. We also had a snow/ice storm while here. They did nothing to prepare for it and not one inch of the property was plowed. It was so dangerous and people were falling everywhere getting hurt.
