“The description of a side ocean view was not at all what I expected. The room was never cleaned up during our stay. TVs didn’t work from day 1 had to ask for not only towels but the tv to be fixed which they did come quickly to do but within a few hours of leaving and coming back to the room the tv was back to not working. “This hotel is amazing! Clean, quiet, on the beach & Boardwalk, staff are all so nice, even the hotel pool bar was fantastic (food, employees, atmosphere). My only complaint (which is so so minor) is the TV is terrible 😆 no channel guide, half the channels don't work, and the color on the TV is awful- makes everyone look sunburned LOL *Just know, I'm a BIG stickler for hotels- I do weeks of research before I book ANYWHERE”

“Basic convenient beach hotel. Friendly reception check-in staff. Loved the outside seating of rocking chairs. Clean lobby but hallways of rooms needed vacuumed. Furniture in room needs upgraded and overall room needs fresh painting. Bed mattress definitely needs replacement(448). Room was never serviced and I asked housekeeping 2 separate days for fresh towels that were not received. Nice outside bar at the pool.”

“We had a comfortable and happy time at Coastal Palms. The room and surrounding areas were adequate and pleasant. The room was spacious and bright. If I could offer a suggestion it would be for a few shelves and hooks for storing personal items. More impressive was the staff. Every person from Every department that we encountered was helpful, pleasant and kind.”

“Though Tideland have their own parking lot I did not realize until shortly before arriving they charge $20 a day for parking. A/C and TV were troublesome most of our stay. When asked about A/C maintenance installed a portable A/C unit in our room. Tideland was waiting for cable provider to repair cable. Needed to ask to freshen the room. Staff was incredibly accommodating to needs I would not stay at this hotel again.”

“We reserved front ocean view. It was a very nice location to watch air show. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit older so you do see wear and tear but it was clean. Great for a few days with small frig and coffeemaker.”
