Here’s a detailed rundown of my experience: The moment I entered my room, I found the toilet in an unacceptable state—poop particles were left in the toilet bowl. “This has been one of my favorite hotels to stay at! The staff was helpful and accommodating, rooms were clean and didn’t smell misty. Bathrooms smelled very clean when we arrived. The lobby, hallways, patio and pool area were well kept. The only downfalls were super small parking spaces. The AC’s are economic units which means they auto turn off which was annoying when sleeping. Lastly, the live bands were a BUST all 4 days we were there. “The room was nice but next time we would chose a second floor not right in front of the swimming pool. This place had everything you need to just stay and enjoy the resort. Tsunami had great food and drinks. Loved the fire pits and close walk to the beach and ocean.”
