“The hotel is brand new, pristine. The room has almost a full kitchen, everything but a stove. Full fridge not just a mini one, dishwasher, microwave. The only area that could use improvement is the free breakfast, but it was free sooooo. The waffle maker didn’t disappoint. Plenty of tea and coffee. The cooked food was over cooked and inedible but I think it was the workers first few days on the job. ”

“Great location, beautiful views. Bathroom and room could use new updates such as clean rug , shower head and new toilet in bathroom ect .”

“If you think the Tapestry Collection implies a step above the usual accommodations at, say a Hampton Inn, think again. This place was closer to a Tru - very austere and disappointing. I do not believe that Hilton actively evaluates any of its labeled properties for conformance to any minimum standards - except possibly for those it owns directly which are most certainly the higher priced ones.”

“Parking! I paid $90 for parking that wasn't guaranteed! I had to find a parking spot on the street ... a couple streets down..super inconvenient!! Everything else was good , the building we were in was still being worked on so in order to get the the breakfast (included) we would have had to walk across the busy street. That wasn't so much of an issue to us because we ate out while we were visiting. The room was great, and clean etc Hallways had trash outside of the rooms from sun up to sun...

“I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. ”

“Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of children there. Our room was on the first floor facing the atrium. So a few of our perks were getting to listen to the children in the pool and the child above us having a river dance competition for a minimum of 5 hours at night time with an encore before 7am.”
