“Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location.”

“When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. “I loved it! Room was clean and staff were extremely polite and helpful.”

“We had a great time in OC! The room was great, the staff was absolutely amazing, and our view was fabulous! We will be back!”

“The staff is great. The rooms are spacious and the beach is awesome. Off season rates!!!!”

“Thumbs up”

“Clean rooms, helpful staff.”

“The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.”

“Staff was great. Beach view was great also. Rooms were clean!”
