"We always enjoy our stay however I do feel that some of the amenities should be critiqued, with necessary items since the hotel offers a full kitchen. Better utensils and measuring cups and can opener, sponges for dishes and actual a roll of papertowels. The soap for dishwasher should be of better quality as the power doesnt clean well and leaves a film. We love the food in the Coral Reef we ate there several times and always enjoyed. Some firepits for outdoors would be nice for guests as well during off season. All in all we do like the hotel and staff is always pleasant."

"Ocean view room overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Clean and beautiful room and bathroom! The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations.."

"Great bed and view! Ice machine was broken with no signs. The internet was really slow. "

"Teh staff gave our room to another guest and told us they would call them to get the key and then give us the room after 8PM that night. We said no thanks and they downgraded us to a lower room. When we asked for the difference in price they told us we requested the down grade (because we didn't want to wait until late at night to get our room and we didn't trust it would be clean). Eventually they said "Whatever, and handed us a $20 bill." The room they gave us had a cockroach in the sink. "
