Very pleasant staff! Rooms are very old and small. Very nice pool. Beach bar and live music was wonderful. Unfortunately the rooms are old , smelly, and extremely small. Especially for what we paid. Excellent proximity to everything!

The best thing about this location is the location and the very reasonable rates. It’s an old hotel and certainly needs some upgrades. But because of the location and the very reasonable rates we will stay there again.

The room had two full size beds in it which made the room really tight to move around in it and it wasn’t clean well found a half of sandwich underneath the bed. The beach view was great and the staff were very nice. Parking was great they had a few locations to use

Rooms are small but clean except for the carpet which badly needs scrubbed. The pool and pool bar are great. Location is great, front porch is awesome. Parking sucks very few spots at hotel. Overflow pkg is 2 blocks away and very tight spaces. I would stay again for the pool and pool bar and location

Not a bad place to stay for a quick stay. It allows you not to stay in your room because of the size. Bathroom is so small you can’t even sit on the toilet properly. The outdoor pool bar was pretty cool.

Hotel is old with small rooms. People are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean, however, not much countertop for makeup, hair products, jewelry and other necessities. We had a king size bed that was nice and comfortable but there was not room for a chair or any other option to sit other than on the bed. Nicely located on the boardwalk with places to eat in season. They supply coffee, but not in room, you have to go to the lobby to get it. Does have a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. Does not have a balcony. Nice front porch with rocking chairs. I could hear the person in the next room snoring, so the walls are a bit thin.
