"Even though the hotel is a little dated, that contributed to the charm of the property. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was safe and comfortable. The hotel is also in such a fantastic location near the main attractions in Bucharest and near lots of great shopping dining options. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Bucharest again."

"The room was clean. I asked for a higher floor away from the elevator and they gladly obliged. Great amenities, robes, slippers, plush towels and good toiletries. The pillows were too soft, I asked for firmer ones, they obliged. There is an upscsle restaurant in the hotel. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. Made to order omellette available. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star was one night there was a water problem. The hotel had no water. We came back from a trip and were unable to shower. Cant use the bathroom either. Shout out to Regine, good ice cream and really good service."

"The hotel room was much better than I had anticipated with plenty of space for me. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for my exploring Bucharest on foot. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat in the hotel, I prefer to eat in local restaurants serving traditional meals, but the local Ursus beer at the bar was good. If I go back to Bucharest I would stay here again."

". Hotel is in good location . Staff were friendly and welcoming . The hotel was clean throughout our stay . Our bedroom was cleaned daily, except on Sunday. I'm not sure whether this was because it was our last night, due to reduced staffing, or if it was simply missed by accident. . The lift is out of use, therfore not suitable for disabled people."
