The rooms are basic with IKEA type furniture but they are more than adequate and provide everything you need at a budget price. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. Very accessible to public transport with a metro and railway station within minutes.

Room was really clean, staff helpful, breakfast was good quality and good selection, air con was good had a standard twin room, beds were very low and quite hard, toilet and shower were very open, no extras, son had a comfort room which had fridge, kettle etc much better for only a few pounds more.

Hotel was really clean, great location for train station, area around was quite run down with some interesting characters about but nobody bothered us, breakfast was plentiful and food quality, standard room didn't have any kettle, fridge etc, beds were low and hard, toilet and shower were very open, which was a bit odd.

Everything about this hotel was great. Staff had a breakfast packed bag for me the second day as I was going on trip that left before breakfast started. The location could not have been better 5-10 minute walk from train station. My only minor complaint was boy the mattress was like a rock. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Alex checked us in and gave us a great room. Choose a room ending in 12. We were on the top floor. Had to really crank up the A/C as we faced the setting sun. The hotel could probably put a blind on that window. The hallway gave lots of space for our suitcases. Could probably use some more shelving for storage. We stayed 4 nights here. I read the comments about the rooms but remember folks, it is just a place to sleep and store your suitcase. The bathrooms are interesting but we have been on cruise ships so no complaints. The breakfasts were not the greatest: the fried potatoes were put out at the beginning of breakfast, I believe, and got progressively colder as the time went on. The lady working the tables and cleaning was amazing.

Great location particularly if you're travelling anywhere by train from the gara de nord station which is only a 5 or so minute walk away. Teodor was very polite and a great help to me.
