“Property was close to all the areas I wanted to go to in Forster. Very friendly staff”

“Central, clean and well maintained comfortable bed, great for the price, recommended if you want a quick easy and comfortable couple of nights”

“Check in process was efficient. Bathroom had bad smell, and there was no hand soap and only tiny shower soap available.”

Biggest complaint is the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 8:45 to 9:30 every morning, too early since I didn’t need to leave until 10:00am each day. “Check in was easy as was check out. Very friendly staff. Room was well maintained albeit old. Bed was very comfortable. Meals aren’t available at the motel but there are a heap of good eateries nearby, around a two minute walk. Great place to rest up after a long drive from Tenterfield.”

“체크아웃시 아이패드를 주차장에 놓고 출발하여 분실한 것을 호텔측에서 발견하여 보관하여 주었다. 매우 감사”

“Overall”

“We loved the place except the tradies working below started making noise around 7am and went through until 4pm could not stay at the property threw the day too long as too much noise. Which was disappointing as it it a fantastic place.”

“A convenient overnight stop when transiting up the M1, with minimal off highway driving. A dated motel but it has a clan room, comfortable bed with fresh linen feel and easy parking. The gentleman running the place was super welcoming and helpful with late checkin. New a/c installed.”

“A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!”
