"I stayed 5 nights. The location was great, but, I had a disappointing experience with a member of staff at the bar. I politely asked for a couple of ice cubes and explained that I needed them to keep my mother’s medication at the appropriate temperature. The woman working there gave me the ice but did not say a single word to me — no greeting, no response to my request, and no acknowledgement even when I thanked her. I found her attitude quite rude and unwelcoming, especially as I had been a customer at the same bar the previous evening. It was a small interaction, but it left a very unpleasant impression."
