"The hotel was in a great location, and was easy to walk to the main attractions from there. For our first stay, we ended up with a flooded bathroom because the drain in the shower was clogged but they sent someone right away and fixed the issue and cleaned the bathroom for us. For our second stay, they ended up upgrading us which was so appreciated because there were 3 of us in one room (3 women). Overall, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also held our big luggage for us when we did an overnight trip to Busan. That was extremely helpful since we were able to just take our carry on and backpacks. The hotel rooftop is beautiful with a great view of the city! It was a great place to enjoy drinks and snacks up there. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Jeonju!"
