“The properly was clean and well kwpt however the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very old. Honestly, this could’ve been a five star experience had the beds not been so incredibly uncomfortable for everyone in our party in three different rooms. “Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.”

“The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy.”
