“This property needs to be updated. The bathrooms specifically were in poor condition. It is an older property so one may expect an average appearance; however, the bathrooms were not suitable. Otherwise the space was ok. It is a located well in terms of the Seaside Boardwalk.”

“If you’re looking for a room with beds and AC, this is a good deal. But, we couldn’t check in for 2 hours because they had “no clean rooms”. There was multiple families waiting to check in a small office. Once I finally refused to leave until they checked us in, they got a room ready. The parking is very tight but there is room for 1 car, other cars were getting blocked in. The room was very simple, big beds, broken shades, a hole in the wall, the bathroom floor was not the cleanest. Very run...
