위치가 무척 좋다. 하지만 건물과 가구가 낡았고, 방이 어둡다. 숙박에서 신경쓰일 것 없는 쾌적함을 중요하게 생각하는 사람이라면 생각해볼 만한 부분.

엘레베이터가 없어서 좀 힘들었지만 올드타운 바로 앞이어서 너무 좋았음. 다음에도 이용할 생각이 있음.

Nice place to enjoy the Warsaw
It's very convenient to visit old town by walk. I stayed Indian style room, it's very special experience. breakfast is very tiny and delicious.

The hotel can’t have a better location! It’s right in front of the Royal Palace and very close to all the main attractions. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very helpful and kind. The style of the hotel is different and pintoresco. I would stay there again with no doubt.

Great location. Excellent value for a 3-star hotel. Large comfortable bed. Big room with excellent views of the square. Would highly recommend

Property was phenomenal for the age of it and was well maintained. Only complaint would be lack of an elevator for the 3 stories

I arrived late and front desk gave me the wrong room. I didn’t say anything because I was tired. Room was more like a storage room. And it was frigid cold! Next morning someone new in front desk apologized for room and transferred me to a beautiful and spacious room! Thank you. Hotel and location amazing. Lots of dining options, just keep in mind taxis will drop off about a block since are is restricted. Short walk. Overall a fantastic stay and I would stay again!

Die Lage in der Altstadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell eingerichtet. Trotz der Lage sehr ruhig.

I had a blast! Thank you, Castle Inn. Everyone was SO nice and helpful, and it's pretty cool to learn that your building was 1 of only 3 buildings to survive the bombings of WWII - very historic in Old Town Warsaw. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Christmas market stay
Great hotel within easy access of everything in the old town. Went for the Christmas markets. Staff very hrlpful. Only marked down because of the bed that squeeked everytime i moved so also disturbed hubby. Had a side room on 3nd loor overlooking the museum and christmas tree. No lift so be aware if you have mobility issues

Good location and cheap price
Very good location. Breakfast was not included in the roomprice, but we bought breakfast and thought that it was quite good. Many restaurants close to the hotel. Very helpful with ordering airport taxi with fixed price. Our room was not so big but ok. Even if the hotel is very close to the castle and the marketplace we didn't feel it too noisy.

My room had a fantastic view of the castle and square. Super friendly overnight reception staff (and hotel mascot dog Luka!). Excellent location! I would have tried breakfast, but it’s a small room and I didn’t want to commit to a specific seating time or particular breakfast meal the day before, so just be aware it’s not quite as flexible as a breakfast buffet at a larger hotel. Plenty of options in the neighborhood though!

We were placed in a room with a loud vibrating noise but they allowed us to switch rooms. The new room was cheaper so the staff granted us free breakfast, which was good both days. Funny but the noise stopped the next morning. The bath was tricky to use. Basically you should be an intrepid traveler to appreciate this hotel. Btw it's located right in the middle of the old town. And the staff helped a lot.

Room was basic (which was all that was needed) TV could have been a little larger and it would have been nice to have an English Channel. All that said- I would recommend for a stay in Warsaw.

Superb location, excellent, friendly staff. The basic single are just that, however, basic: very good value for the price, but perhaps not sufficient if the traveller desires more luxury. I was fully satsfied, however, with my stay.

I was originally booked to stay at freta then upgraded to Castle Inn very surprised to find we where on the 3rd floor with sloping ceilings 7 sets of stairs (74 steps) no lift (elderly building ) we are both 75 years of age so if this was a up grade what was my first choice like !!!But still a good experience location good staff very good

Great location near the Castle at the old town. Daily cleaning and change of towels. Lots of restaurants nearby. Airport bus number 175 has a stop quite near the hotel.

Amazing location, everything is in walking distance! We had family room for 5 nights and space/design was amazing, AC was working perfectly, bathroom was top noch! Stuff very friendly and helpful in all way! If we ever come to visit Warsaw again i’ll be taking Castle Inn again. Thanks a lot for making our trip even more impressive and pleasant! ♥️
