立地は最高

夏に滞在したのですが、エアコンがなく暑かったです。トイレットペーパーを1つしか頂けませんでした。2泊だけだったのですが、後1つは欲しかったです。高層階だったので見晴らしは最高でした。

We had a lovely time and managed to see everything we planned to do Eating and drinking was very reasonable Disadvantage was a smelly corridor and tenant laundry opposite our room

Then did not charge through Hotels.com even that I had chosen it, after 15 minutes discussion and claims that my credit card is invalid, I was able to do it manually, with the very same credit card. They suggest payment in cash. Be aware that they only speak Russian.

Stora problem att komma till då ingen personal talade engelska . Man fick ringa en person som talade engelska, medan den personal som skulle checka in oss inte pratade annat än polska, och det gjorde hon mycket. Annan personal vi mötte ignorerade oss totalt. Lägenheterna är annars bra utom sängbredden, för som i vårt fall 10 fullvuxna, äldre gentlemän. Alternativ till att lösa detta fanns men krävde många samtal via "tolk". Personalen kunde städa och det var allt. De skall inte ha med gäster att göra. Läget är mycket bra men man blev lite tveksam när man kom dit för korridorerna till lägenheterna känns som Kommunistiskt fångläger. Lite färg på väggarna och en tänd belysning hade räddat mycket av detta första intryck.

O bloco de apartamentos onde se insere este tem um aspeto degradado. Os apartamentos são aceitáveis. Alguns têm mobiliário antigo a necessitar de reforma. O atendimento foi péssimo pois a pessoa não falava uma palavra de inglês.

Centrally located, very convenient.

This is a very nice apartment, with up-to-date furnishings. There is a great view from the livingroom/bedroom. There is a balcony! Great for overlooking the Palace of Culture. The kitchen was somewhat equipped---there were no eating utensils, so that was not good. However, there was a washing machine, and this is a real plus! This apartment is truly in the middle of everything, and yet it was not noisy. The lady at the registration desk (when I checked in) was very helpful. The area felt safe. All in all, a very good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

A hellish of place to stay.

I'm glad you asked, I was about to write a letter to Hotel.com, anyway, when I booked this property, I was never told that I was supposed to call someone to bring the keys and show me the property, when I arrived to the property, to the address on the booking, totally confused tired , never saw anyone notes on the door info etc etc.. I had someone call the number I had, they did not speak English, not even one word, per the people helping me, I was told this person would be coming in about 5 minutes, it took 30 minutes, I could not communicate with her, not one word in English, she took me to the apartment and grab some paper enclosed in a plastic cover, by the way, the apartment was not at the building for the address of the booking, it was 2 buildings down the street. Anyway, the apartment was, to say the least very unattractive and totally the opposite to what the photos show when booking it. well, stayed there one night as booked, I came back 4 days late for the second night, on my way to Warsaw from Sopot, 30 minutes before arrival, my friend called the office to have someone be there with the key, well I arrived at the address, waited , waited, about an hour I asked someone a stranger to call the number and again they say 5 minutes and she would be there, the same woman, as the first time, no English and rude, we went to the room and she gave me the instruction sheet under the plastic and then left, 45 minutes later knock on the door and she came in with a phone

初めての方にはオススメ出来ない

まず予約してアパートがある場所に向かいましたが、普通のアパートにオフィスがあるようでした。インターホンを押しても反応がなく困っていた所、近所の方が助けてくれ、オフィスに電話してくれ通じました。（近所の方には本当に助けて頂きました。）その時間オフィスにいた方はロシア語しか出来ず本当にこまりました。アパートはオフィスから歩いて10分程の所にあります。清潔ですが、エアコンがないため真夏の滞在としては最悪と言わざるをえません。ベッドではなくソファーというのもオススメ出来ない理由です。

Good location, don't expect luxury

There were issues with check-in, had to wait outside for over 30 minutes for someone to let us in. This person also spoke only Polish, so the explanation of how everything works was not very useful (there were some written instructions in English however). The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and everything was a bit worn-out, old and even partly broken. But having a kitchen was a big bonus and the location is good, close to metro, shops and restaurants. Overall not too bad for the price.

Adressen som angavs gick till ett hus med lägenheter som var låst. Krävdes många samtal för att få tag i en person med nyckel. Lägenheten jag skulle bo i låg sedan inte på angiven adress utan 10 minuters gångavstånd därifrån.

Si no es urgente ir mejor evitalo. Sucio edificio

La encargada está en otro edificio lejos. Te hace caminar con las maletas hasta el departamento. solo habla ruso y no importa si le explicas que no entiendes, sigue explicando te en ruso. El edificio muy sucio y apestoso por dentro. el depa remodelado pero muy chico. La cama es empotrada por lo que si duermen 2 uno tiene que pasar sobre el otro. Tiene buena ubicación. a media cuadra del metro centro. como a 2 o 3 de la estación de trenes. muchos comercios y una plaza comercial al lado de la estación. p. d. nos salieron cucarachas.

숙소 자체의 청결이나 사용편의성은 좋습니다. 하지만 찾아갈 수 없어요....^^ 호텔인 줄 알았는데 알고보니 에어비앤비 같은 거라 어느 한 오피스텔 건물의 한 집을 내어주는 겁니다. 그리고 그 집문을 열어줄 관리인은 걸어서 7~8분 거리에 있는 다른 오피스텔에 살고 있어요. 그 분을 찾아가야 합니다. 근데 찾아갔더니 우리 벨소리를 못 들었다고 안 나오셔서 정말 그 오피스텔 건물을 30분을 헤맸어요. 다행히 친절한 폴란드 젊은이들을 만나 그들이 대신 연락해주고 전화해줘서 만났습니다.그런데 관리인 분이 결정적으로 영어를 못하세요^^ 그냥 못하는 정도가 아니라 한 마디도 못해요. 체크아웃 몇시에 해야 하냐고 묻는데 돈 현금으로 낼 거냐 카드로 낼거냐만 반복해요. 결국 통역기 어플 깔고 하는데 알고보니 폴란드 분 아니고 우크라이나 분이어서 우크라이나어 통역해서 의사소통했습니다. 숙소 위치가 중앙역 근처라 선택했고 실제로 숙소 자체는 중앙역에 있는데 관리인을 못 만나고, 또 의사소통이 안돼서 바르샤바 도착해서 2시간 만에 방에 들어갔습니다. 12시 넘는 오밤중에요. 알고 보니 저희가 공항에서 타고 온 버스 정류장 근에 있던 건물이었네요. 하하하. 숙소 자체는 상당히 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 찾아가기 힘드실 거예요.
