Insgesamt gutes Preis - Leistunsverhältnis. Rezeption und Room Service besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Betten. Alles Tip top sauber. Die Abtrennung zwischen bedroom und WC mit Glaswand-Tür unangenehm. Gutes Frühstück, vergleichsweise teuer. Kleine Saunakabine, leider nur 55°C. Restaurantservice uninteressiert, mangelhafte Fachkenntnisse. Ich habe noch nie so ein schlechtes T-Bone Steak gegessen. Salat war gut, Fisch war gut. Restaurant insgesamt zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Wir werden das Hotel wieder besuchen, das Restaurant werden wir meiden.

Nice and comfortable hotel
The hotel’s location is very convenient and it’s very comfortable. We really liked it. But the room was a little dusty. Plus, the bathrooms barely have privacy.

Very friendly staff. The decor is great with a nice bar and lounge area to spend time outside of your room. Sauna wasn't too hot though

Hôtel magnifique, très bien situé juste en face d'un arrêt de tram et a côté d'un arrêt de bus. Personnel très sympathique, petit déjeuner au top, varié et bon. Chambre impeccable, les oreilles sont un peu mous par contre.

Nice hotel with very clean rooms. Good bar and restaurant facilities along with the Adjoining Campanile hotel. Short tram ride into the local eateries. 25 minutes and you are in the Old Town. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the hotel to adjust the Air Conditioning so sleep wasn’t good owing to the high temp of the room. No working TV either.

Otrevlig personal i receptionen och oprofessionella. Välkomnade inte, gav blickar, gav ingen information och prata med dig som att du var dum. Ingen service mind. Städerskorna var jätte trevliga men sega med städningen. Rummet var fint, dock fake byggt ( gjorde illa mig av en dörr som stängdes fel) ,skön säng men kallt i rummet så frös hela tiden (kunde ej göra det varmare). Du hör ut mycket så är du känslig så är det fel ställe. Kommer inte stanna där igen.

Von innen frisch renoviert. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nicht ganz im Zentrum (ca.10min). Hotel könnte auch von außen mal renoviert werden. Auch neue Fenster wären super. Man hört doch sehr den Verkehr. Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

I loved it
I loved staying here. It was really clean, modern and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep in a quiet room. The shower was great and the WiFi strong and reliable. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of fresh or freshly prepared dishes to choose from in the buffet. The coffee though made by a machine actually tasted pleasant - and not like diesel oil! The hotel is also a lovely modern design and is very handily located for Warsaw Central.

Hi , I was staying for two nights, first night the air conditioner doesn’t work , I contacted the reception and they told me it is my issue and I should open the window then i ask them to change the room and they refused. Then we ask them to refund the price and they also refuse. It was bad stay and the room was so hot. And they didn’t respect us.
