The best apartment!
We, a family with two teenagers, had a perfect stay in a perfect apartment in the middle of the Old town in Warszawa. It was spacious and luxurious with everything you need. Really good beds, two beautiful bathrooms and a big livingroom. Our host Alex was very nice and helpful. We have travelled around Europe and stayed in many apartments - this was the best!

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at during our vacation, THIS was the absolute BEST! Absolutely beautifully decorated and well kept. Modern amenities, lighting, and art as well as Roman/Greek accents and nice wood floors made this spacious stay a pleasure in every sense. The location is unbeatable being at the heart of Old Town. As if that was not enough, Laura, the property manager was the nicest, most accommodating, host we've ever had. She toured us, showed us how the many appliances, lights, and amenities worked and even ordered a taxi for us on Christmas morning! She truly went above and beyond! We can't wait to return!

Att åka till warsawa går så snabbt med flyg från Sverige! Vi hittade dessutom detta boende i den gamla delen av warsawa, 23 min med bil från flygplatsen Frederic Chopin! oerhört mysigt och prisvärt! Bra shopping! Det finns många olika restauranger i närheten, en liten matbutik, caféer, och just precis nu bygger de upp en skridskobana med bodar där man kan dricka varmt och äta lite gott utanför byggnaden vi bodde i. Snart tänds även all julbelysning upp i staden som vi såg de förberedde för fullt! Vi hade kontakt med Laura som var vår värd, vilket har gått väldigt smidigt via whatsapp, hon tar sig tiden och ser till att vi har allt vi önskar oss. Vårt flyg var försenat och vi ankom sent på kvällen, men hon mötte upp oss och hjälpte till med väskor! :) dessutom överraskade hon oss med en uppgradering på lägenheten! Allt var verkligen lyx, högt i tak, detaljrikt, fräscht, rent, man kunde se på Netflix och ljudsystemet var grymt! Som på bio! Det finns all utrustning man behöver i köket såsom vattenkokare, ugn, Mikro, skålar, glas, kastruller..ja allt! kaffet från espresso maskinen var riktigt mumsigt! Det finns olika tesorter också om man föredrar det :) det fanns mjölk i kylen till kaffet och även vatten på flaska. Det finns dessutom kontroller för ljussättningen i alla rum! Badrockar och tofflor får man, det fanns skålar i badrummen med tops och bomull, som sagt de små detaljerna var överraskande! Och som småbarnsförälder är de små ting så fantastiskt härligt! Vi hade med oss

Det fanns små hjärtan eller en blomma på toarullen när vi ankom, otroligt gulligt!

Wow!
This place was AMAZING! and Laura who is the caretaker was phenomenal. I had some trouble (my fault) locating the building and Laura literally figured out where I was, met me, and then led me to the building. The apartment was truly a luxury apartment, and the kitchen was well equipped (I like to cook). I also need to mention the master bathroom...wow! You need to experience it for yourself. Also, it's literally located on the market square of old town Warsaw...incredible location!

best place to stay in old town warsaw
the location was right on warszaw square. We initially booked a 2 bedroom, but it looked at a side street. Laura allowed us to look at the 1 bedroom which was overlooking the square directly, and allowed us to move. We really enjoyed the location, the service and the building. Very nice, as it had a kitchen. . .and a great view.

Loved the property and the proximity to city attractions. The apartment was clean and exactly like the reservation picture which is rare 😀 Laura our representatives was AMAZING!!!! Very knowledgeable, informative with suggestions for dinner as well as events around the town. Loved dealing with her in Polish and English😀👍 She made our stay that much more memorable! WARNING SCAM
WARNING SCAM!!! First off, it’s an old apartment building NOT a hotel, so it shouldn’t be referred to is as such. They are NOT associated with the actual Mondrian hotels just use their likeness (do your own research) this is how we got scammed. Most of the things mentioned about property simply DO NOT EXIST, which are standard for an actual hotel. Attached are the real pictures of the inside the property as they use fake pictures. We only stayed one night before we ran from there and didn’t get our money back ($3,700 total!) Watch out for SMALL PRINT also as they do NOT have elevators, so you will have to drag the bags up and down 6 flights of stairs or anytime you want to leave the “luxury” room. For airport shuttle they ordered old taxi. It is ran by one guy named Rafal as limited concierge but don’t be fooled there isn’t even an actual concierge desk nor bell desk! He only uses WhatsApp to communicate; not professional. “Limited” housekeeping and food service do NOT exist! When we ask about dry cleaning we were referred to a mall that was closed. They do NOT have a winery, business center, computer station, tours/tickets assistance, pillow menu nor hypoallergenic bedding. There is no heating other than the central air heating for the OLD building which means there are little radiators under windows but you can’t even control the temp hence ‘central’. Rafal lied to us via messages but when we complained again he came over and told us “too bad” in most rude way so we left.

Luxury Appartment , Perfect Location
The Luxury Collection Mondrian Market Square are beautiful apartments, luxury throughout. After booking Rafal contacted us to see if he could help in anyway, booking transfers etc. Before arrival he contacted us again with directions. On arrival he greeted us and showed us round the apartment, explaining all the high tech. The apartment provided an iPad and pocket WiFi for guests use. Apple TV, fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Fully equipped. Every in the appartment was as good as new and spotlessly clean and comfortable and warm. Beautifully decorated . The location was directly on th Old Town Market Square , with an abundance of inexpensive, good restaurants on the doorstep. Close to the castle. The old town is the place to stay. We will recommend these apartments to family and friends and we are already planning a return visit with family. We stayed in the 2 bedroom old town view, which was spacious. The 3 bedroomed apartments must be amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic apartment in the old town market square. Wonderful rooms and very stylish. Outside the apartment you are in the 15th century. Inside the apartment you are in the 22nd century. I loved the contrast between old and new. The old town is the best location to stay in Warszawa. The city is very wide spread. Thank you Laura, you are great.

Fantastik luksus lejlighed i den gamle by
Vi boede her 4 nætter og var meget kede af at skulle hjem. Lejligheden er meget bedre i virkeligheden end på billederne. Helt nyrenoveret med det fineste luksus interiør. Man føler sig som en dronning her. Beliggenheden er i et flot hus midt på markedspladsen så når du går ud af din dør er der 5 meter til en af hyggelige cafeer på pladsen. Der er helt stille i lejligheden pga termoruder men det er generelt et roligt og trygt kvarter at bo. Rafal er den perfekte vært og svarer hurtigt på mails når vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Hvis man kunne give den her lejlighed 10 stjerner fortjener den det. Og så er der Netflix og gratis internet. Som sagt er den meget bedre end man kan drømme om og vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage.

Stay was amazing! If you want the best of everything...this is your place. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was the earmark of staying at the Mondrian. Right down to the inclusion of pocket wifi and bluetooth speakers throughout the apartment. We had no problems lounging at the apartment on the rainy days during our holiday without feeling like we were missing out. The apartment itself and the view of Market Square will be a lasting memory of Warsaw. 10/10

Outstanding apartment and an Amazing host!
From the initial booking confirmation throughout the airport collection and check-in, Rafal was very prompt answering our querys making tour staying very enjoyable. The location of the apartment is superb, full amenities and all the must go palaces and restaurants in the heart of Warsaw. You will also enjoy the hop in sight seeing bus stop a block away. .The apartment is exquisitely decorated with the very best of everything. Rafal has blend a hi-tech features using the lighting and all the electronic devices with a single remote control, works like a charm. Despite the apartment its located right in the plaza is very well sound insulated, we had no noise complaint at all. I highly recomended!

Ett boende i toppklass!
Boendet kunde inte varit bättre! Med ett läge mitt i gamla stan i en charmig byggnad ligger dessa lägenheter i toppklass. Lägenheten vi bodde i var helt nyrenoverad och hade allt man kunde önska sig. Köket var välutrustat och den senaste tekonologin fanns på plats i samtliga rum. Det absolut bästa med lägenheten var dock dess ägare Rafael som mötte upp oss vid ankomsten och löpande höll kontakten och svarade på våra eventuella frågor. Vi kan varmt rekommendera alla att boka detta boende!
