I stayed in a private room with a shower attached. Check in was quick and easy, the hostel was in a superb location just a couple of minutes from the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a selection of tea and coffee along with a kettle and cups. Only disappointing thing was no milk and no spoons. I had a view down onto the street below which was great! I would stay again!

It was a nice hostel/hotel in the old town area. It was very convenient and walkable to the sights of old town Warsaw. Dining options abound within walking distance. Uber/Taxi was easier to find since it was in the touristy area. I would come back if given an opportunity to visit Warsaw again.

You pay for what you get . Fantastic location next to old town . Room on top floor not so fantastic , sloping ceilings had us hitting our heads every day . Two small towels in our room one with a large hole in it and the towels were not changed for the duration of our week stay. Bathroom was very small and shower was a tight squeeze . The lift is noisy . There is a small kitchen area to cook and make a coffee but every time we passed there were people sitting at the tables on their laptops so we just ate out .we had a room with private bathroom . The bedding was clean and the beds nice . The location of this hotel is the best thing right next to old town and a few minutes walk to the underground , a supermarket round the corner .

Very friendly staff. They even let me do early check in as i told them I had been traveling for 12 hours. The private room is very comfortable and the private bathroom is spacious. I also enjoyed the cheap beer during happy hour. I will definitely go back.

I was cohorted in an 8 bed room and it was very hot in the room. No AC either. One of the boarder does not want to open the windows and we were sweating a lot in the room. It was a horrifying experience. I have not slept for the whole two days of my stay.

You get there you feel lost.No one ask you anything , you have to find out by yourself about the rooms. When you get in you are not sure it’s the right place.Ahould have another entrance for the people who have a private room.Location was great

Overall excellent hostel. Staff amazing! However, I was disappointed that due to mobility issues I could not access the common room. This meant I could not have the buffet breakfast or join in evening activities. I understand that putting in a lift in that location would be impractical. It would however be easy and cheap to install a bannister ( handrail), on the wall next to to the stairs. This would enable many people with mobility. problems to use these stairs safely.

Sorry for this inconvenience. As we are in a historical edifice, we were allowed to build a lift from a ground floor to higher levels. Our authorities are strict to protect our heritage and our house was the only one of two not destroyed during a second WW at the whole Old town area.they protect original ceilings. We have a hand rail on the left side of stairs driving to lounges and breakfast area, you did not spot it I am afraid. Have a nice time.

Very good concept hostel
The location of this hostel is literally steps away from the Old Town. By foot, so many things can be done here. The interiors are well done, it encourages people to talk. They have fun activities everyday. The bathroom is clean, but no soap provided. Nice staff, very helpful!

Location
The location is fantastic. Right next to old Town and close to bus stop to travel everywhere else. We were able to leave luggage in a storage room when we arrived early in the day and again when we checked out. Staff is helpful. Room was quiet. Pleasantly surprised that there was a lift to get to our room on the 3rd floor. Basic, clean room but wasn't expecting more at a hostel. En suite bath. Poor lighting in bathroom for putting make-up on. Would stay here again because of location.

The property's location is absolutely beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped immensely with tourist information. The other guests were also very friendly and made the atmosphere complete. As I traveled alone, my number one concern was safety and cleanliness. I was traveling with valuables such as my laptop, cameras, etc. And the hostel was 100% safe and advanced. The lockers in the room were big enough to fit my massive suitcase and two other small bags. Not to mention, you access the lockers with the room fob which is linked specifically to your bed and locker number. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep at night. But upon request, the staff placed a fan in our room, which made all the difference! I'd reccomend Oki Doki all the way!
