Close to old town square, clean and spacious. No elevator so if you have heavy luggage it may be physically challenging to travel up 4 flights of stairs.

The property was lovely in terms of the space and amenities. The problems showed up in the details. It took a half dozen attempts to open the lock-box with the key (and I say this as someone who has used these types of accommodations countless times, so I'm not ignorant). The curtains were too narrow to block out the sun (important when sunrise is at 4:30AM). The shower would not switch to the handheld mode. The washing machine did not have a functioning spin cycle. The ice tray was broken in half (6 ice cubes is all we got at one time -- are they really that cheap?) It was an ok place to stay, but I can't say I'd recommend it.

There was an active leak with rot and mold coming from the ceiling in both bedrooms. With brought this up the the host and they first tried to say there wasn’t but clearly they knew because there was water everywhere and a Trish can that had been moved onto a table to catch the water.
