No check-in information was given. Had to call them and it was clear they hadn't send anything as they got the booking website wrong. The room wasn't cleaned. Dirty towels. Internet disabled. Old dirty linens on the bed (color had washed off, holes, frays). Booked for 4 and only linens for 3. We mentioned the issues and were given access to another apartment a mile away. Had to figure out our own transportation. This apartment was in order. We also weren't the only ones, we recognized another family entering these other apartments who tried to access the original building and apartments ahead of us. So it wasn't just one apartment that wasn't prepared properly to accept guests. First time this ever happened and I spent a lot of times in hotels all over the world. Please avoid.

the apartment wasn't at the address, I've received a confirmation email on the day and it was showing a different address, not far but it feels weird when you go to a city you don't know. The apartment was not as modern as in the photos there's no photo on the website which would actually show the place where we stayed. The communication was very bad, felt like I'm bothering the guy, I've asked by Expedia message how does it work a week before we went, there was no reply for 3 days, then i wrote it's worrying me a bit that there's no response, very poor communication, I've booked apartments in other cities and this time I've felt that I'm troubling that guy. The place was clean, but there was not even 1 bag of tea nor sugar sachet nor bottle of water (we've stayed for 1 night). the apartment was situated in a very good location with shops nearby. overall it was very stressful for me not to know where we're gonna sleep til a few hours before the booking.

First, the accommodation was clean and cosy. Second, I faced problems with the warmness of the place. One of the windows kept allowing wind in which made me use all clothes I had to keep myself warm. Third, internet security was compromised as I had someone connecting to the TV screen and changing the play list which means that the WiFi password is shared with some other apartment/person. Other than this, all is well and tidy

Neat and tidy apartment, central to attractions. Modern facilities and the staff look after you. Be aware that the apartment is just of the main road so road noise may be an issue.

There must be better in Warsaw

It started very poorly. I had agreed to be met by the agent (there is no reception) but she never turned up. We were stuck without any information at all from the agency. I had to make two international phonecalls to get instructions of how to get into the apartments. The apartments themselves have all possible amenities neded, however the bath has such a high side that it is difficult and dangerous to get into it. Drop down beds not the most comfortable. Biggest problem however is that the apartments face a huge noisy avenue and with the windows open, the noise is unbearable. With the windows closed, it gets Impossibly stuffy, the fan provided is not enough to cool down. the room. Location is the best quality of this apartment.

We are very disappointed. The room had no bed only with a sofa bed, The room without air conditioning and with bright curtains are not block the sun that is shining very early in the morning. There is no way to communicate with the owners of the room except local phone.   And answers to email or messages were very slow. One level below, renovated apartment and all the day from 7:00 in the morning there were loud noises including Saturday and no one bothered to let us know about it before booking. In conclusion, except the location and cleanliness of the room, the rest of the parameters was disappointing.

レセプションのないホテル

ロケーションは良い しかしただのアパートでレセプションがなく、近くのお店の方に助けてもらいコンタクトを取ってもらった 使いの人が来てアパートのドアの暗証番号や部屋のキーboxの暗証番号などを筆談で教えてくれた 後支払いの予約のためデポジットしていたクレカの番号で処理したと思われ、帰国して確認したい なのでとても不安
