“Really enjoyed our stay at The White Swan - we had a beautiful room, very comfy bed, a walk-in dresser area and a lovely bathroom that was very tidy and had been modernised in a way that still felt in-keeping with the age of the room itself. Breakfast was lovely, with a small area to help yourself to juice, toast, pastries, fruit and yoghurt, and then hot breakfasts and hot drinks on order. A really pleasant set-up, and the breakfast staff were really helpful and friendly. The staff in the...

“Beautiful view out of the room and very quiet. But quite basic for the price, no fridge, light above the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. The ceiling was painted dark and so the whole room is a bit too low lit with no decent mirror to apply makeup. Tea and coffee in the room was provided but the bare minimum. Staff very mixed. Some were lovely but I went to the coffee machine to get another coffee for my elderly mum and staff member snapped at me saying breakfast had finished at ten and...
